CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARATION OF MASTER PLAN, DESIGN AND ESTIMATE OF MULTI-STORIED (3 NOS. 10-STORIED) BUILDING OF DIFFERENT SIZES FOR ACCOMMODATION OF CPA STAFF AT NORTH RESIDENTIAL AREA.
To meet the increasing need of housing for their employees, Chittagong Port Authority (CPA) has taken an initiative of housing project where multi-storied buildings will provide a healthy and spacious residential space along with all social and economic facilities which will make life easier and healthier. The plan will include several types (A-type: 720 sft., B-type: 820 sft. and C-type: 1,070 sft. each unit/flat excluding stair) residential buildings. There will also be facilities like school, mosque, primary health center, market, grocery shop, electric sub-station, CCTV, pump house, firefighting, gas line, water reservoir, water supply, sewerage system, playground, park, road, footpath, drainage system, and landscaping.

- Detailed survey, feasibility study and preparation of master plan - Sub-soil investigation - Preparation of architectural, structural, electrical, sanitary & plumbing, fire-fighting and other necessary preliminary and detailed design and working drawings - Preparation of cost estimate - Prepare technical specification for all items of works, bill of quantities using the latest PWD Schedule / Analysis rate and prepare tender documents as per PPR-08. - Preparation of reports etc.
