Development Design Consultants Ltd, on behalf of the Fael Khair Waqf (FKW) administered by the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) , invites applications for Pre-Qualification (PQ) of Contractors required for the following contracts:

“Repair and Maintenance of Civil, Plumbing & Sanitary and Electrical works of School cum Cyclone Shelters (SCCS) built under King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Program (KAAP), Islamic Development Bank (IsDB)”.

The Project locations are in the coastal Districts of Cox’s Bazar, Chattogram, Noakhali, Feni, Lakshmipur, Bhola, Barisal, Patuakhali, Bagerhat, Barguna, Pirojpur, Khulna and Satkhira (183 SCCS in 7 Packages).

Interested Firms, who have satisfactorily and substantially completed as a prime contractor or joint venture member between 1st January 2016 and application submission deadline, construction/maintenance of School cum Cyclone shelters (SCCS) or similar nature of infrastructure/ projects in Bangladesh with a minimum value of BDT 92 million, may apply for Prequalification.
