CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BANGLADESH BANK HUMAN RESOURCES & MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE AT EAST NASIRABAD, CHITTAGONG.
Bangladesh Bank wants to establish international standard “Human Resources & Management Development Institute” with proper logistic and standard facilities an area of 10.60 acres land with (a) Academic & Administrative Building of total floor area 3,000 sqm. (approx.) consisting minimum 03 star standard reception, lobby with waiting facilities. (b) Hostel Building for minimum 165 persons of total floor area 3,200 sqm. (approx.). (c) VIP Guest House Building of capacity 56 person of total floor area 1,300 sqm. (approx.). (d) Staff and Driver Accommodation Building of capacity 100 person of total floor area 900 sqm. (approx.). (e) Mosque of total floor area 150 sqm. (approx.). (f) Substation and Generator Facilities of total floor area 150 sqm. (approx.). (g) Car parking facilities capacity of 120 nos.
- Land survey, site analysis and sub-soil investigation; - Calculating FOS and preventive measures by anchoring, vegetative covering etc.; - Preparation of master plan with landscaping, preliminary architectural plan, 3D perspective view, elevation and section including site development; - Preparation of final architectural design for the project including plan, 3D perspective view, model of the whole project, evaluation and all architectural details as per design; - Preparation of detail furniture layout plan, interior design, design of all types of furniture including specification and estimation; - Preparation of detail structural, electrical, mechanical design and drawings; - Preparation of detailed plan, design, drawings and costing of all utility services, specifications, bidding and contract documents for all the items of works including internal and external electrification work, area electrification, electric sub-station and stand by generator, central and split type air conditioning and ventilation system, internet connection & networking system, digital conference, public address and stage sound system, multimedia projector system; telephone and PABX system, fire detection and protection system and water pump, water reservoir and water tank etc.; - Prequalifying contractors, inviting bids and evaluation; - Assist Bangladesh Bank in pre-bid meetings and contract negotiations for construction; and - Management of the construction contract including full supervision of the project and quality control during implementation.
