CONSULTING SERVICES FOR CONDUCTING FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF TOURISM ZONE WITH SHEIKH HASINA TOWER AT KHURUSHKHUL, COX’S BAZAR
Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation is contemplating to create tourism development in Khurushkul area of Cox's Bazar district. This place is situated at geographical coordinates of 21° 29'-0" North & 92° 0'-0" East. Khurushkul is the hub of natural resources and beauties. The nature remains unchanged here still now and attract huge tourists every year due to their excellent scenic beauty. To ease tourist facilitation and promote the tourism industry, as well as economic growth of our country, BPC intends to establish Tourism Zone and construct different infrastructure such as Hotel, Motel, Restaurant, Snacks Corner, Watch Tower, Cultural Centre, Amusement Park / Recreation Facilities, Cable Car, Cyclone Centre, and Boating facilities at Khurushkul for the convenience of the tourists
Services
- Feasibility study; - Topographic survey, land acquisition survey (cadastral survey), hydrological survey (rainfall, humidity, drainage, erosion, tidal surge, wind speed, catchment area, etc.); - Socio-economic survey (religion, culture, profession, education, resources, vulnerability, etc.); - Environmental and social impact assessment study; - Financial and economic analysis with B.C. ratio and IRR - Geotechnical investigation; - Preparation of preliminary layout plan / master plan and landscaping; - Preparation of architectural, foundation, structural, water supply, sanitary & plumbing, electrical & electro-mechanical, and waste management system design and working drawings; - Preparation of detail construction cost estimate, bill of quantities and specifications; - Preparation of tender document; and - Assist the client in the preparation of DPP.
