CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR SUPERVISION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF 400/132KV SUBSTATION AT GOPALGANJ UNDER “CONSTRUCTION OF PATUAKHALI (PAYRA)-GOPALGANJ 400KV TRANSMISSION LINE AND GOPALGANJ 400KV GRID SUBSTATION” PROJECT
Power Grid Company of Bangladesh (PGCB) is planning to construct around 160 km double circuit 400 kV Transmission Line (TL) from Patuakhali (Payra) to Gopalganj (Muksudpur) and associate 400 kV Sub-station in Muksudpur under Gopalganj District.
Services
- Review of Contractors technical design submissions and drawings and submit comments and recommendations to PGCB; - Monitor the Contractors program/time schedule; - Anticipate and identify potential difficulties or conflicts and their effect on the implementation; schedules, and recommend and agree steps to be taken by the contractors, or recommend steps to be taken by PGCB; - Prepare and/or evaluate recommendations to PGCB regarding any change proposals, technical amendments and changes in the scope of works; - Top supervision of all civil works in substation and switching station, erection/installation of substation equipment; and - Top supervision of testing and commissioning of all substation equipment including control, protection and metering.
