RJSC undertook a project to computerize its office enabling online service to its clients, online transaction processing (OLTP) and e-payment, An integrated web based centralized computerized application was developed and implemented for the purpose. Subsequently RJSC sought services for re-engineering & modification, operation support & maintenance of the application.
Enhancement of the RJSC back office and web application software ensuring extended service/features, improvement of availability, performance, security, monitoring and so on for on line Transaction Processing (OLTP); Integrate online payment gateway (e-payment), BIDA one stop service (OSS), NBR E-TIN system, Dutch-Bangla Bank Rocket Mobile Banking with RJSC system and Re-engineer PKI for the back office and web application to enhance the application of digital signature. Upgrade database platform oracle 10g to Oracle 12c, migrate RJSC database to the new platform, implement RMAN for database backup, migrate back office and web application server oracle 10g to oracle weblogic server 12c, scheme for auto registration, mortgage registration and unchanged returns, re-engineer winding up and struck off system; provide support services for “e-nothi”, upgrade data center comprising of redundant Database servers, redundant web servers, mail server, desktop computers, printers, scanners etc. upgrading of the data communication network (Internet WAN and LAN), provide operation support services and maintenance of the computerized system/application, procurement support service, provide services to clients through help desk etc.
