CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR INTEGRATED FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE "FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF SYLHET AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY" PROJECT
The government of Bangladesh took an unprecedented decision for establishing Sylhet Agricultural University (SAU) in the year 2006 with a view to creating more opportunities like acquiring higher agricultural education for the students of all the parts of the country and to boost-up the agricultural education up-to-date. Initially the university started with the only one faculty, the faculty of Veterinary and Animal Science. Currently SAU is running its activities with 7 faculties and 47 departments with the aim of creating world class agricultural graduates for the outstanding contribution in the development of agriculture sector of Bangladesh. This project will further enhance the capacity and capabilities of SAU.
Services
- Conduct digital topographic survey including physical feature survey & contour map, land use survey and other relevant surveys; - Sub-soil investigation; - Overall feasibility study; - Prepare site plan; - Prepare conceptual master plan and landscaping; - Conduct Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental Management Plan (EMP), Social Impact Assessment (SIA) and Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA); - Prepare land use plan and master plan; - Preparation of cost estimate; - Financial and economic viability analysis; - Preparation of architectural design and drawings; - Preparation of conceptual architectural 3D view; - Preparation of foundation and structural design and drawings; - Preparation of electrical & electro-mechanical design and drawings; - Preparation of sanitary & plumbing design and drawings; - Preparation of design and drawings of road, drainage system, street light, boundary wall, gas line, water line, culvert etc.; - Prepare Development Project Proposal (DPP).
