Management and Training

We design training and development initiatives for experts/staffs at all levels both own as well as project staffs which includes:

  • Undertaking training needs analysis;
  • Developing training programmes and manuals;
  • Designing and delivering training courses for managers, executives and project officials;
  • Developing succession planning systems;
  • Venue/institute and site selections both home and overseas; and
  • Designing and implementing performance appraisal schemes.
